SUN NOODLES GOES VIRAL,
THEN GOES NATIONAL
THE RAMEN RENAISSANCE IS UPON US
Sun Noodle elevated the status of this college dorm staple to a gourmet
craft, making noodles for restaurants and retail outlets as far and
wide as LA, New York, Europe and South America.
But Sun Noodle wanted to do more than make damn good noodles. It
wanted to show people what ramen could be, a canvas for chefs to
imagine, innovate, and push the bounds of tradition. Ramen Lab was
born as an experimental kitchen where noodle lovers could come to
slurp (with abandon!) creations.
