We are a diverse bunch united by our love for the work we do.

Our approach
We believe in the power of communication. That’s why we take our work so seriously. Because when it’s done right, effective communication can change a company, a community, even the world.
Knowing when and how to communicate — or whether to do it at all — requires instinct, street smarts and a formidable track record. We draw from our experience as former lawyers, product managers, reporters and entrepreneurs. We’ve managed P&Ls, met sales goals and overseen teams at companies large and small. We know what matters most to our clients: building value, minimizing risk, amplifying success and ultimately achieving results. We work efficiently, pragmatically and with purpose to help our clients deliver their message the right way.

Our code
We deliver bold ideas.
We aren’t afraid to dream big and embrace new ways of thinking. We enjoy stepping out of our comfort zone and encourage our clients to do the same. We execute with a fearless attitude and unwavering determination. The only thing we don’t do is average.
We do things the right way.
Even when it’s the long way, or the hard way. We pride ourselves on producing quality work with substance and value, and we won’t cut corners or compromise our integrity to get there. We respect our clients, our work, and the people we impact.
We work without ego.
We collaborate openly and honestly with our team members, our clients, and their peers and partners. We welcome different points of view and accept constructive feedback with grace and gratitude. We appreciate every opportunity to improve our craft.

Our story

Every business has a story. Ours started in California and New York when the predecessor firm of iQ 360 sprung to life as a boutique crisis communications agency in 2005. We lived in the high-stakes world of crisis and reputation management, advising clients on bankruptcy, litigation, federal investigations and regulatory issues.
In 2011, we established our headquarters in Honolulu. From our new home, we built on our foundation of public relations, crisis communications and public affairs to offer creative services, digital marketing, content and branding.
Today, we’re proud to be a minority- and woman-owned business certified by the Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. We’re fortunate to have a team of talented and passionate iQers in Hawaii, California, New York and Washington, D.C. Together, we help some of the most influential companies use communication to excite, engage and connect with their audiences.
