We’ve raised our iQ with the addition of our newest team member in Honolulu, Kara Fujita Jovic.

As iQ 360’s brand director, Kara leads all branding-related initiatives, working with clients to ensure their business objectives are strategically aligned to their brand’s identity. From comprehensive brand and competitive audits to strategy, naming and brand design, her work ensures a company’s brand identity is expressed across touchpoints in a holistic and compelling way.

Kara has experience leading global brand and innovation work, creating new brand identities as well as breathing new life into existing brands.

Get to know Kara with these five quick facts:

1. Household name

Kara doesn’t just know brands — she’s had the pleasure of working on some of the most well-known megabrands for clients like Procter & Gamble, Kellogg’s and Nestle.

2. Swiss made

She spent over a decade in Geneva, Switzerland, working at branding firms LPK Sarl and Design Board, before returning home to Hawaii in 2015.

3. Global perspective

While in Switzerland, Kara led global brand and innovation accounts across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and North America.

4. Entrepreneur at heart

Upon returning to Hawaii, Kara founded Creative Sages, a creative collective, bringing together designers, developers, photographers and videographers on a variety of branding, digital and film projects.

5. Spread the word

Kara is a writer and editor, freelancing for lifestyle and design publications including Modern Luxury, SOMA Magazine, Happiness + Well-being and Wanderlust.

Her expertise with megabrands and global campaigns are invaluable to our team and the work we do. Welcome, Kara!
