Instead of competing against AI to churn out “content” — headlines, statements, social media fodder — why not create the context? What if you could impact the story before it’s told?

Recently, we used AI to analyze the dynamics surrounding pending litigation that had the potential to cause our client significant financial and reputational harm. In conducting the analysis, the system detected misalignment among a pair of stakeholder groups that leadership thought to be of secondary importance. That discovery yielded an opportunity: the team took proactive steps to correct the misalignment and mitigated the litigation risk by a substantial margin.

Deploying AI isn’t just about efficiency gains. And it certainly isn’t about flash. Rather, it’s about reclaiming communications’ strategic value.

I’m working on a project that explores how generative AI can help leaders shift from reacting to anticipating without sacrificing credibility or ethics.
