Amy specializes in helping clients manage special situations, including M&A, shareholder activism, leadership transitions and crises.

Amy Pesante has more than 15 years of experience providing investor relations and strategic communications counsel to Fortune 500 companies in a range of industries. For Prudential Financial, she provided advice on quarterly earnings, M&A, regulatory matters, strategy transitions and executive visibility programs. Amy also has deep expertise managing special situations, including transaction communications, shareholder activism, leadership transitions and reputational and crisis issues.

Previously, Amy spent nine years at Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm, most recently as a managing director in the Strategy & Communications division. Prior to that, she was a vice president at iQ360. She also served as director of corporate and financial communications at Prudential Financial and held roles at FTI Consulting and the Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation. Amy began her career as an investment analyst at Unicom Capital. She earned a double degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
