Jordan Ozaki
Jordan provides strategic counsel to clients to drive business objectives and brand affinity through effective communication.
Jordan uses her experience working abroad, in local government and banking to advise clients on content, social media, B2B communications, internal communication, advertising, issues management and earned media. She develops marketing and communication plans and works closely with iQ 360’s creative team to ensure campaigns are effectively executed. Jordan works with clients across hospitality, health care, nonprofit, government and financial services.
After graduating from the University of Redlands, Jordan spent two years in Japan teaching English through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program. She returned home and held community relations roles at the Hawaii State Legislature and the City and County of Honolulu before working in trusts and estates and pursuing her MBA with a focus on international marketing at the University of Hawaii at Manoa Shidler College of Business. Prior to working at iQ, and during her semester abroad at Keio Business School, Jordan completed an internship in corporate communications at Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation in Yokohama, Japan and a marketing and business consulting internship in Fukuoka, Japan. Jordan is an associate member of the U.S. Japan Council and serves on the board of the American Marketing Association of Hawaii.
