Prior to joining iQ 360, Madison honed her skills at The Monument Group, supporting clients across a range of industries, including workforce and economic development, health care, real estate and banking. She began her career as a legislative aide in the Texas House of Representatives, where she gained firsthand experience navigating the intricacies of policymaking, particularly in the realm of education policy. In addition, she worked on the House Licensing & Administrative Procedures Committee as an assistant clerk, conducting research and tracking legislation.
