Rhianna Chung

Senior Account Manager

Rhianna helps clients communicate with their prospects at scale while delivering on business objectives.

Rhianna develops digital advertising strategies, manages digital ad operations and delivers strategic earned media coverage for her clients. She also advises clients on content strategy, business strategy, crisis management, branding, and public policy issues.

Rhianna has six years of experience in healthcare communications. She also has experience advising clients across a range of other sectors including financial services, technology, professional services, auto, food, hospitality, education, and energy.

Rhianna’s diverse experience includes six years in the Army National Guard and a stint at the Denver Post, where she developed digital, print, and event advertising campaigns for recruitment and real estate clients. She also spent two years working for nonprofits, advancing Asian American civil rights and building pathways for girls to become leaders in their communities.

Rhianna is an associate member of the U.S. Japan Council and currently serves as a member of the executive committee on the board of the National Japanese American Memorial Foundation. She was presented the New Professional Award by the Public Relations Society of America’s National Capital Chapter for her work on the chapter’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She was also recognized by the nation’s leading corporate communications executives in the Arthur W. Page Society Case Writing Competition, in which she won first place in the business school category.
