Shannon is iQ 360’s office manager, providing administrative support to team members in Honolulu, San Francisco, Denver, Washington, D.C. and New York. Shannon has more than 20 years of administrative and office management experience working in the for-profit, nonprofit and government sectors. She has served as an administrative manager for the U.S. Senate, executive administrator for Parents And Children Together and director of workforce maintenance and production at Lanakila Pacific. Shannon works with our vice president of operations to manage HR, bookkeeping and a variety of operational activities for the agency.
