Justin Chow

Justin is an analytically minded operations and business intelligence professional who helps turn complex information into practical insights, streamlined processes and thoughtful solutions.

Drawing on experience in banking and financial operations, Justin conducts business, financial, market and stakeholder research; develops decision-support materials; and identifies opportunities to strengthen workflows, financial systems and performance reporting. He also helps advance AI-enabled tools, automation, knowledge management and digital-content development across the firm.

Before joining iQ 360, Justin was a banking consultant at First Hawaiian Bank, where he managed customer accounts, conducted financial reviews and performed internal audits to support branch compliance. Previously, as financial office manager at Steven Sales and Service LLC, he helped streamline administrative processes, digitize invoicing and develop automated billing and scheduling tools.
